Spring Barrel Sampling and Vertical Tasting April 25, 2010

Join the winemaker in a barrel sampling of reds halfway through their maturation process in barrel and taste older wines along with their current counterparts. This experience offers a true appreciation of the wine maturation process. There will be a graduation ceremony for those earning an Elk Run Wine Scholar certificate. Delectable finger foods will be served.
