Spooky Woods October 30, 2009

Take a moonlit stroll through the 'Spooky Woods,' a Halloween twist on the Museum's 'Earth World' gallery. Start your journey with a family-friendly Halloween story around the campfire and then venture into the Spooky Woods. Scramble through a spider web, navigate your way through a black-lit path and take in the spooky scenery. Meet real live creepy crawlers and then stomp around a swampy bog. Entrances to Spooky Woods are timed; new journeys begin every 15 minutes from 9:15 am. to 4:45 pm. Space for each timed entrance is limited, but you can reserve a spot for your preferred timed slot by paying $1 per visitor.
