All the cool ghouls are in for a fangtastic fete at this happenin’ haunt, the 3rd annual Spooky Science Day, Saturday October 29 from 12-4 p.m.
Terrifyingly talented Brad Miller, aka “The Pumpkin Wizard,” will be on hand to demonstrate how to carve jack-o’-lanterns that will have trick-or-treaters trembling. Brad’s deranged designs have appeared on The View and in the pages of Women’s Day and In-Style magazines.
Guests at this bloodcurdling bash can also:
- Make glow-in-the-dark slime
- Identify abhorrent objects in “I Dare You” Mystery Boxes
- Decorate and catapult a pumpkin look-a-like in Punkin’ Chunkin
- Conduct hair-raising experiments with roving mad scientists
- Learn about Dr. Frankenstein’s experiments from horrified historians
- Create dazzling and devious disguises for themselves and pumpkins at decoration stations.
Visitors are encouraged to wear costumes to make it a truly spooktacular day!
All Spooky Science activities are free with paid admission to the Maryland Science Center and free for members. The Maryland Science Center is located at 601 Light Street at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
