SPIRITDANCE

Join Marc Takaha in SpiritDance, a dynamic practice of learning to move from the inside–out. Our inner experience is the source and inspiration for outer expression. Participants are encouraged to “show up, rather than show off” on the dance floor, where presence and authenticity are valued over polished technique. This is an opportunity to stretch your creative wings in the company of others while still deeply listening and communing with your own inner dance. At its best, this can result in an ecstatic confluence of body, heart and soul, where movements effortlessly flow from out of the core of your being in life-affirming celebration. To support you in your process, an eclectic playlist of evocative worldbeat rhythms will rock your body and roll your soul! May 14, 7-8:30pm. $15.
