In 'Spider's Web,' Clarissa spins tales of adventure for their bored diplomatic circle, but when a murder takes place in her drawing room she finds live drama much harder to cope with. This is one of the few Agatha Christie plays which not only shocks and thrills, but tickles the funny bone too. Sliding panels, suspicious servants, inquisitive inspectors, corpses and more, make for an enthralling evening.
