Spheres From Scrap private view / artist talk June 17, 2011

Free private view and artist talk by Nick Sayers about his spherical sculptures made from recycled materials, currently on show at Redroaster.

Nick will present a short slideshow of recent large-scale projects. There will be a paid bar and the chance to look at the artworks on display.

On show in the cafe are photos of Sayers' work and two hanging sculptures. The centrepiece is a 1.2-metre "Hyperbolic Cactus" woven from 630 wooden coffee stirrers.

The event is free. Please invite anyone else you know who might like to come.
