Speed Networking Event Open for Entrepreneurs November 17, 2008

Aspiring or emerging entrepreneurs have the opportunity to network with experienced entrepreneurs at a Speed Networking event, which will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 17 at the Kauffman Foundation, 4801 Rockhill Road, Kansas City, MO. From 4 to 5 p.m., participants can attend two mini-workshops on the topics of: marketing, networking and resources in the community, financing your business, and protecting intellectual property. Networking with experienced entrepreneurs will run from 5 to 6 p.m., with a open networking reception from 6 to 7 p.m. The event it free, and seats are still open, but it is limited to 150 people.
