Special Halloween Event for Architecture Lovers October 24, 2009

The Pleasant Home Foundation is sponsoring a special Halloween event including a rare interior tour of Rosehill Cemetery’s Chapel, designed by renowned Chicago Architect Joseph Lyman Silsbee (1899) led by Chicago architect and Silsbee scholar Christopher Payne. The Chapel tour will be followed by a visit to the family gravesite of Pleasant Home architect George W. Maher and a talk by Maher scholar Kathleen Cummings on this legendary Chicago Prairie Style architect.
