Five of Philadelphia's most innovative small theatre companies present world premiere works. The audience will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite. Featured companies will include Plays & Players, Black Starr Collaborative, Madhouse Theater Company, Philadelphia Dramatists Center and the Represented Theatre Company.
