In 1989 five Spanish musicians created Spanish Brass -- an eclectic and innovative project that has attained the highest levels in the fields of music performance, education and creation. Seven years later the ensemble won First Prize in the Narbonne (France) International Brass Quintet Competition, the most prestigious event of its kind in the world.
