Space Imagined - Brook Overline March 15, 2008

Overline’s paintings are composed of multiple layers of space, evoking a sense of collision on a single plane. The objects depicted in the paintings have a “found” quality, and are juxtaposed with disparate images of figures, animals, snakes, car grills and grids.
