Space Day is an educational initiative started in 1997 that has evolved into an international grassroots effort dedicated to recognizing the past and exploring the future of space exploration.
The Museum will celebrate by offering a variety of fun, family-oriented activities during our popular Free First Thursday evening time. Take in an astronomy program in our portable planetarium. Try your hand at building a robot that can rove the surface of the Moon. Check out the creative entries we have received for the 1st Annual Space Film Festival.
If you have additional questions about any Space Day, check the FAQs , e-mail Dave Dreher, or call 206-768-7228.
