This course will present the steps in developing a business plan and thus creating a more solid foundation upon which to grow a lucrative and successful massage practice or spa. The class includes how to conduct a feasibility study, variables that affect price-setting, understanding and developing a niche market, and brand development. A list of resources to assist in the business development process is also included.
