Purpose: “Gifts from the Earth” is an annual event that recognizes South Seattle Community College’s Culinary Arts, Wine Studies and four-year Hospitality programs, as well as our partnership with these industries. Proceeds benefit students and programs at South, such as scholarships, program equipment, and tutoring.
Activities: Wine Reception, Multi-course dinner prepared by 15 chefs, paired with 30 Washington wineries. Each chef will prepare dinner for two tables of ten and wines for each table will be provided by two Washington wineries, Silent Auction, Mini-Live Auction featuring wine and dining packages.
