Hotel Granduca welcomes Michelin-star Chef Xavier Mathieu for a memorable French-dining event. Chef Mathieu, chef/owner of the 5-star Hotel Le Phebus in Southern France, is famous for subtle cuisine that reinterprets the flavors of Provence. Chef Mathieu will create two exceptional dinners in partnership with Chef Renato de Pirro of Ristorante Cavour at Hotel Granduca. Each dining experience will include a five-course dinner with superb French wine pairings, cocktails, champagne and coffee.

Each event will begin at 6:30pm, and is offered at $190 per person including cocktails, champagne, a five-course dinner paired with select French wines, coffee and gratuities. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated by the Consulate of France to the Texan French Alliance for the Arts, an organization dedicated to the promotion of cultural exchanges between France and Texas.
