Combining a soulful blend of Chicago funk and East Ciast boom-bap, SoulStice makes what he insists is "commercial music with awareness and attitude." With his unique brand of hip hop, SoulStice has shared the stage with artists as diverse as Joihn Legend and Wu-Tan Clan. Inspired by Boston's own Morphine, this five sometimes six piece project brings psychedelic melodies and sounds over an American root. From jump blues to big band style pre-war jazz, this band gets people movin' with their stories of life in America's urban landscapes.
