Songs of Hope and Joy December 10, 2011

Come join the Alamo City Men's Chorale as they perform the inaugural concert of their 25th Anniversary Season. "Songs of Hope and Joy" is a celebration of hope and joy for the holiday season. Featured on the concert are selections from standard chorale repertoire including the Leavitt GLORIA, several selections from the Russian School of music for Men's Chorus and two selections from the Bernstein MASS. The second half of the program opens with a fun Salsa number !CANTAR! and the beautiful
!OH, MI BELEN! and concludes with a light "SWING" section of traditional holiday favorites such as I'LL BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS, FROSTY THE SNOWMAN and RISE UP SHEPHERDS.
