Sommelier Smackdown August 22, 2012

This is the wine school's signature event. A top Philadelphia sommelier will be pitted against one of the wine school's best instructors. With four different dishes serving as the ultimate fighting ring, participants will sample each food and wine pairing then choose a winner.
