Solar Energy Systems Certificate - Solar Energy Fundamentals April 17, 2013

This 10-hour course will focus on the fundamentals of solar energy utilization. Principles of solar energy collection, conversion, storage and distribution are covered. Concepts on solar energy application in an environment friendly manner and its integration in the design of modern buildings are highlighted. Computer application for modeling building for design and estimation are also introduced.
