Solar Decathlon House Tours October 2, 2010

The Solar Decathlon House was designed and built by engineering and architectural faculty and students at Georgia Tech for an international competition. The solar house has 39 solar panels, insulated polyurethane base, and a water capture and reclamation system. The house is designed to be self-sufficient and show how solar energy can be used to make homes energy efficient and "green."
