Why do some social media and online groups succeed when others fail? How do different collections of online media and populations of authors and users differ from one another? How do patterns of contribution vary? How do these differences illustrate the roles people play within their communities?
This is an action/research network leadership workshop. It is for executives, leaders, directors, managers and all stakeholders wishing to achieve mastery of enterprise social networks and social media. It is highly germane to commercial concerns, non-profit organizations, small/medium companies, social media startups, investors, consultants and social media entrepreneurs. The workshop is a small-group, close-in configuration of authentic conversation, hands-on experience and participant collaboration. All are welcome.
