What happens when you get a bunch of hackers and social innovators together, give them a set of social problems and only 48 hours to solve them?
We’re going to find out.
The Social Innovation Camp will bring together some of the best of the UK and Europe’s web developers and designers with people at the sharp end of social problems.
Our aim is find ways that easy-to-build web 2.0 tools can be used to develop solutions to social challenges.
We've announced the ideas we're going to be developing over on our website: www.sicamp.org
This Upcoming page is only for the concluding session of the weekend, 2-4pm, Sunday 6th April. It’ll be a chance to see what’s been going on all weekend and meet some interesting people.
If you want to come to any or all of the rest of the event, please contact us through our website.

I am so annoyed that I'm going to miss this.
Over 100 people coming this Sunday, plus all you guys - looking forward to seeing you all there.
And we're going to be giving away some cash: http://www.sicamp.org/?p=129

Great stuff - hopefully someone will try and hold a similar one in the Bay Area (although TransitCamp was close to that ideal).
