Snowshoeing Basics (all gear included!) February 2, 2008

Get your kids/ youth outdoors this winter season! This fun, experience based class for parents/ educators will first teach you in a classroom, preparing you with information about clothing and equipment, and then ON THE SNOW in the mountains of Tahoe National Forest. Topics will include: Snow safety, proper equipment, kids and snowshoeing, and practical logistics. All of which will help you get the kids/youth you love/serve outdoors and into the snow!

Completion of the course allows you free access to Bay Area Wilderness Training's snowshoe gear and winter clothing. All gear included.
