jcpenney will visit Dallas, TX and spread holiday cheer by creating a tobogganing run for sledding
On Saturday, December 1, 2012, jcpenney is bringing cold weather winter fun to Dallas by creating a 200 foot long tobogganing run at Flagpole Hill in Dallas, TX. All families are welcome to spend a day of sledding, while other activities will be provided for the entire family, including complimentary hot chocolate, ornament decorating and crafts.
Additionally, through its charitable giving program, jcp cares, from Nov. 23-Dec. 31 jcpenney will invite customers to round up their store purchases to the nearest whole dollar to donate to Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign. With more than 25,000 red kettles at store fronts and shopping malls nationwide, this annual fundraiser helps to provide meals, clothing and toys to families who need it most.
