7th Annual Snowball Gala "CARNIVAL"

Escape to Rio for a night of Brazilian music, samba dancers, food, drinks and more as we celebrate raising funds to help children fighting cancer & other life threatening diseases!

This annual fundraiser is to benefit Shining Stars annual Aspen Winter Games. This year Aspen Winter Games will be held March 13-20, 2009. This event is Shining Stars Foundation's most extensive week long event for the children during which they participate in numerous activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, swimming, and much more. Children and young adults with cancer & other life-threatening diseases are recommended by oncology hospitals from across the nation to attend the Winter Games. This event provides a retreat for these special children at no cost to the child or their family.

Shining Stars Foundation is proud to confirm that over 95% of every dollar spent goes directly to fund the children's programs. This puts Shining Stars Foundation in the top 1% nationally, in non-profit spending! Thanks to all of our loyal supporters who have made it possible to expand our programs each year!
