Amateur photographers submitted their original photos to the My Waterfront Photo Contest in the summer for a chance to be featured in the My Waterfront Photo Exhibit. From over 400 submissions a panel of esteemed judges selected 50 finalists from the My Waterfront Photo Contest to have their photo printed as a 24x36” poster and displayed at the award-winning Queen’s Quay Terminal from September 29 to November 4. All entries were judged on overall impact, artistic merit, composition and technical excellence.
The panel of judges consists of: Chris Temple, Professional Artist; Don Shipley, Creative Director Arts, Culture and Festivals at TO2015, PanAm Games; Julian Sleath, Programming Manager at City of Toronto Special Events; Rick Bell, Executive Director at Niagara School of Imaging; and Ron Hartwell, Associate Photo Editor at National Post.
