Smokin' in McMinnville BBQ Competition August 12, 2010

This is a Kanasas City Barbeque Society sanctioned competition with a backyard grill-master category. There will be live music each evening, children's activities, crafts, food & beverage vendors, auto shows and the fabulous Gilley pool will be open for your enjoyment.
Thursday 8/12 4 pm Dottie West Talent Contest
6 pm "Best of the Butts" tasting $10 per person for meat and sides.
Friday 8/13 7-9 pm Timeline will perform music throughout the decades.
Saturday 8/14 10 am Vendors open
Noon KCBS judging begins
4 pm Awards Ceremony for competitors
