Celebrating his 50th anniversary in the music business and the 50th anniversary of Motown Records, Smokey Robinson is one of the most beloved and influential figures in the history of popular music. The Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient has logged 37 Top 40 hits in his extensive career, lending his sterling pen and satin vocals to such mega hits as “Shop Around,” “Tracks of My Tears,” “You’ve Really Got a Hold on Me,” “Tears of a Clown,” “I Second That Emotion,” “Going to a Go--‐Go” and “Cruisin’,” among others.
