A legendary world music group and the foremost ensemble from Tuva, Huun Huur Tu return to town after their sold-out performance in 2007 with a new collaborator and a refreshed sound. Masters of the otherworldly technique of throat or overtone singing and 2008 BBC World Music Award nominees, the band have teamed up with electronic musician/producer Carmen Rizzo (Niyaz, Paul Oakenfold). The result of their collaboration is yet another chapter in a decades-long musical adventure. Their new CD 'Eternal' uses carefully crafted electronica to take the ancient sound of the steppes to a new place entirely - a sonic meeting of minds between two continents.
