The biggest mistake most sales people make when initiating a sales call is to ask too many of the wrong questions. The small business round table will explain the characteristics of a sale and uncover the one element that will help you win more sales. The topic for this month is "The Four Critical Questions for a Winning Sale,” featuring Stu Schlackman, Competitive Excellence. Using the information gained in this presentation, you will be able to explain the benefits of your product or service more clearly and concisely than ever before from the customer’s point of view. Stu will focus on “the application” of the skills and techniques he shares, allowing your business to have a shortened sales cycle and an increased win rate. The Small Business Round Table (SBRT) is a monthly breakfast educational program for small business owners and managers that is focused on improving the operation of their business.
