Small Business & Entrepreneurial Expo July 17, 2010

Representatives from a number of organizations, including many experts focused on the development of small businesses, will take part in the Small Business & Entrepreneurial Expo at Mall of Georgia. The Expo aims to provide advice and resources to prospective entrepreneurs interested in opening or expanding a business. Small business counselors from participating organizations such as SBA, SBDC and SCORE will be on hand to provide tools, financing advice and general education to assist prospective business owners.

Attendees will gain valuable insight from Business Counseling Workshops throughout the day, where participating organizations will provide a forum for discussing entrepreneurship and tools for individuals seeking to open their own business. Workshop topics include:

11 a.m. – Start Up Basics
12 p.m. – Business and Marketing Plan
1 p.m. – Funding Options
2 p.m. – Loan Packaging

Over 20 exhibitors, as well as representatives from all seven Atlanta-area Simon Malls, will be present. Participating Simon Malls include: Mall of Georgia, Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, Gwinnett Place, Northlake Mall, Town Center at Cobb and Discover Mills.
