In 2011, women in Toronto joined together and took action against the police there who called survivors of rape and sexual assaults "sluts" and suggested that women who "dressed like sluts" were inviting that type of abuse.

These remarks spread across the world like wildfire and women joined together to protest these remarks and show that the way they dress, act or look is NOT a reason to be a victim or for this kind of abuse from men.​

Please join us as we take a stand together here in Richmond to bring an end to this epidemic. As a society, we need to change the mentality "Don't get raped" and start teaching "DON'T RAPE"!
