Slow Food Seder. On the second night of Passover (April 20), locally-focused chefs Gayle Pirie and John Cook will prepare a special Slow Food Seder just for Heeb Magazine readers. The seder (held in San Francisco) will play upon traditional Passover dishes.
Tickets are $75. Proceeds benefit the Chez Panisse Foundation and include a 4-issue subscription to Heeb. Reserve a spot soon as seating is limited.
