Lost in the hoopla over Super Tuscans, Brunellos, and long-aged Barolos is the fact that Italy produces outstanding sparkling and sweet wines from many grapes, in many styles, from many regions. This session will sample some of these surprising wines with accompanying artisanal cheeses from Valley Shepherd Creamery.
All proceeds go to Slow Food in Schools programs.
