Sloan is four distinct songwriting voices -- guitarists Patrick Pentland and Jay Ferguson, bassist Chris Murphy and drummer Andrew Scott -- that nonetheless form a cohesive collective. The band are long-time Toronto scenesters who will always call Halifax home.
