Slavyanka's repertoire is drawn mostly from Russian Orthodox liturgical, Russian folk, other Slavic folk and composed music. Directed and conducted by Gregory Smirnov, Slavyanka performs compositions by Mussorgsky, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov and a host of lesser-known purveyors of the Slavic soul in song.
