Chicago comic John Roy grew up white and Catholic in a neighborhood full of Orthodox Jews, Nigerians, Mexicans, Indians and Pakistanis—with a uniquely positive voice on urban life. John has performed on Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend,” “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,” on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” and four times in two months on “Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen.” He’s also appeared on the Bob and Tom Show and twice on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”
