Skylarks Combo
On Saturday, January 17 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the Buck Recreation Center in Littleton hosts a Ballroom Dancing to the music of Skylarks Combo Tickets are only $7 / seniors 65+ $6.
Gaining in popularity, the Skylarks have been performing their big band sound for the dancing and entertainment pleasure of metro residents for the past three years. Lead by Littleton music educator and trombonist Ron Ingle, the Skylarks include Greg Perkin on Tenor Saxophone and Bill Davis on Trumpet; additionally the band has added Steve Smith on Baritone Saxophone, Matt Rose on Electric Bass, and Milt Fender on drums.
Skylarks Combo performs under the umbrella of the Littleton Community Music Association (LCMA) and is featured 6 times a year at dance events hosted by the South Suburban Parks and Recreation. LCMA provides performance opportunities for adults and youth in a supportive community setting.
