Ski Mystic Miner at Deer Mountain December 5, 2008

Winter sports enthusiasts are poised for perhaps the best snow year in over a decade. Mystic Miner presently boasts a 34" base with 35 runs opening. New is an enhanced tubing experience, named Blizzard Park, and a great new terrain park called Atomic Shelf along with more difficult runs opened on the backside of the mountain. Lifts are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 4:00pm with night skiing on Friday evenings from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Also, new and improved is the local tavern at Mystic Miner called the Mine Shaft. Enjoy a beverage or a snack from 8:30am to 6:00pm.
