This exercise class is for seniors at all fitness levels, and focuses on total-body muscular strength and conditioning for improving functions for daily living. Sit and Be Fit consists of chair exercises (or stand up) depending on your fitness level, exercise bands, play balls and hand weights. Location: Room No 104.
