An evening of Southern art, cocktails, delicious samplings of our city's cuisine, live music, fine fashion and shopping. Entertainment by Topsy Chapman in a tribute to Dinah Washington, plus Preservation Hall Jazz Band and the New Orleans Bingo! Show.
