The next round of Beginner Belly Dance beings October 18th and ends November 22nd. Classes are Mondays at 6:40 pm at the Yoga College. This class is great for people who have never taken a belly dance class and want to give it a try. It is also a good class for experienced dancers that want to review moves. Each session is slightly different from term to term, and it is a good idea to continually enroll. Call Connie at 224-9642 to register.
Wear comfortable workout clothes, and be ready to learn new moves and have a lot of fun. Instructor Connie Reynolds has many years of experience as a performer and a teacher, and she will lead you through warm-ups, dance moves, and cool downs.
