Chef Joseph Poon's team will serve a full 4-course lunch, followed by a Tai Chi demonstration, a Chinese vegetable carving lesson and walking tour of the chef’s community including stops at a fortune cookie factory, Chinese herbal medicine shop, Chinese place of worship, a Chinese bakery, Asian grocery store, fish market and more.
