Ah, love. When you’ve got it, you’re on top of the world. When you don’t, you’d like to give those on top of the world a friendly little shove.
Just as it has affected every other way we relate to our fellow humans, the Internet has changed our love lives. This month’s SMCRVA will explore how social media has been a game-changer for the dating scene.

We’ll have Rachel Machacek, author of the book The Science of Single, blogger Catherine Gryp of Simply Solo, OKCupid moderator Stanley Moreira, former Shmitten Kitten contributor Phil Williams, and moderator Karri Peifer, editor of Richmond.com. These four experts will be informative, entertaining, and maybe even anecdotal (if we're lucky).

As always, your conversation is the most valuable element of an SMCRVA event. For February's event, we’re looking for the solo, the coupled, and anyone else who wants to learn more about how social media has changed the way that individuals connect to each other.
