7 Days Bar And Grill is all about having a great time seven days a week! 7 Days is an awesome spot to come have a few drinks, eat some burgers, or some wings and maybe a bar pie, some ribs and all sorts of awesome freshly cooked food, and check out some original and cover bands! Simple Groove is a female-fronted rock cover band, covering Kiss, Ozzy, Led Zeppelin, No Doubt, Melissa Etheridge, Alanis Morissette, Audioslave, Velvet Revolver, Evanescence, and more. Our two lead singers really know how to "belt 'em out", with strong support from our killer lead guitarist, built on a solid "bass and drums" groove foundation. "It's just a Simple Groove"!!

Directions: Take GSP Exit 117. Keep left at fork to go onto 36E towards Keyport/Keansburg. At the 7th light (2.4 mi) take the jug-handle to make a left on UNION AVE. Go 6 short blocks (3/10 mi) and you'll see Seven Days on the right (on the corner of Cambridge Ave).
