A recently separated man returns home to live with his father, with whom he finds himself constantly at odds. When his father passes away, he sets out to fulfill his last wish and take him to be buried in the small Ukrainian village where he was born. With his six-year old son, his uncle, his aunt and even a rabbit in tow, the trip could hardly be called peaceful.
