Silverstein was formed in early 2000 in Ontario, Canada and acquired it's name after the famous children's author by the same name. The band thrived to tear down the boundaries between hardcore, emo and punk and with the addition of guitarist Neil Boshart, after founding guitarist Richard McWalter left the band, a myriad of new influences and ideas came in which is believed to have solidified and enhanced the band's developing trademark sound. Born from Buffalo's hardcore scene, It Dies Today creates a blend of brutal riffs, punishing breakdowns but coupled with huge anthemic and driving melodic sections as well. Named for the little boy in the movie, 'The Ring,' Seattle's Aiden continues the post-hardcore sound with three albums, the most recent titled, 'Conviction.' He Is Legend is a rock/post-hardcore/southern rock band formed in Wilmington, North Carolina. The band consists of vocalist Schuylar Croom, guitarist Adam Tanbouz, drummer Steven Bache, bassist Matt Williams and guitarist Mitch Marlow.
