Cyclists, skate boarders, wheelchair users and stroller-riding tots can now call the roads of South and North Mountain Parks their own one Sunday of each month, from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. For each monthly Silent Sunday event, the park's main access roadways are closed to motor vehicles, reserving them for the entire day for non-motorized uses.
