Due to an overwhelming response, Deborah Henson-Conant's Nov. 9th show at Firehouse Center is now sold out! A second live solo show has been added on Sun. Nov. 11th at 5pm at the intimate, historic Firehouse Center for the Arts on the waterfront in downtown Newburyport. Both shows will celebrate her annual Birthday Bash - and the added show falls on her actual birthday!

Deborah plays Electric Harp and sings in shows that fuse music, theater, humor, virtuosity and entertainment. The Birthday Bash adds a celebratory spirit, transforming Firehouse Center with her feel-good, outside-the-box, celebrate-everything one-woman show.

WHAT’S SHE CELEBRATING? Along with her birthday, Deborah’s celebrating a year of firsts: her first Grammy-Nomination, First Prize in the International Songwriting Competition and her first PBS Special!

Described as a “combination of Leonard Bernstein, Steven Tyler and Xena the Warrior Princess” by the Boston Globe, Henson-Conant has performed worldwide in venues from jazz clubs to symphony halls and has appeared on shows from “Charlie Rose” to “The View.” She is now the star of her own TV special, “Invention & Alchemy,” airing on PBS stations nationwide.
