During the last 40 days, for instance, three of my clients who had been looking for some time for their perfect home won the bidding. The homes were located in Sunnyvale and Cupertino. In two of these transactions there were eight offers, and my clients got the house even though theirs was not the highest bid (how does he do it?). On the third house, we simply outmaneuvered the competition!
So, if you have been waiting on the sideline wondering if this is the right time to buy a home in Silicon Valley, now is the time to act. If you want to reexamine the market and how it may affect you and your family, I would be happy to meet with you for a consultation (http://www.650and408homes.com/consultation.html), or join my seminars for details go to: http://www.650and408homes.com/sv_seminar_reg.html. If you have already decided to make your move, I would like to work with you on a strategy to win in this market.

After a turbulent year, we’re finally starting to see a positive change in Silicon Valley’s real estate market. With the local economy doing better (on a macro level), many buyers are coming back. I definitely see increased action now compared with the first quarter of 2009. That includes many more multiple offers than I have witnessed in the last 18 month.
